You may also send us a money order or cashiers check. Keep in
mind that checks and money orders may delay your shipment by up

Shipping Methods:
All in items are processed the next business day after your order.
We ship all packages through USPS priority mail with insurance
and tracking. We also offer 3 day, 2 day and overnight delivery
via Fedex, if so desired. In the unlikely event your item is out
of stock, we will contact you and let you know the length of time
it will take.
Returns
and Refunds:
We
are so sure you will like our product we offer a 30
day money back guarantee, less shipping. Even if you have
opened the package and tried Drink S.O.S. and are not completely
satisfied with the results we will still refund you your money
back.
Refunds
will be credited back to the same credit card that was used to
purchase the item.
Before
returning your product, please fill out the returns
form. Then ship your products to our returns warehouse. The
return warehouse address will be displayed once the returns form
has been completed. Do not ship your returns to any other addresses
as they will not be processed.
Here are the rules to follow for your return:
You
must request a return for refund within 30 days after the invoice
date. No refunds after 30 days. Each return MUST have a RMA number,
the "Return Merchandise Authorization" number. Please
write down the RMA number outside of the box when you return your
merchandise. To Request RMA #, fill out the returns
form. If you receive the wrong product or a damaged product,
simply get a RMA Number and send it back to us and we will ship
a replacement out to you free of charge. If you changed your mind
and want to exchange the product for another one, we can do this
with no problem. Because of our extremely low profit margins,
we must charge you shipping for the second shipment. Just return
the product back to us with a note asking for the exchange. Any
fee or credit will be put on your credit card. If you want to
return a product that you were unsatisfied with or changed your
mind on. A 15% restocking fee may be applied to all returns for
a refund if the return is a result of your error.
One RMA number can only be issued for one invoice. If you have
different items from different invoices, then you need to request
for a different RMA number for your returns. When returning product,
we strongly recommend the use of a carrier that can track packages.
You are also responsible for insuring the returned item. Positive
Health Products will not be responsible for any shipping loss
from your side. The shipping fee is non-refundable. Buyer is always
responsible for return shipping costs and insurance. Hence Positive
Health Products.com will not reimburse any customer return shipping
cost. Please allow 5-10 business days to process your return.
Positive Health Products reserves the right to refuse the returns
that do not comply with our return policy.
Please note that not all items are covered by our return policy.

Return Policy for Refunds:
You
may return most items sold by Positive Health Products within
30 days from the invoice date for a full refund. Please include
the following information: a copy of your invoice; if you don't
have the invoice, then please include a note with your order number

order to keep our prices low and competitive we are unable to
issue a refund for any return postage. You will be responsible
to return any item(s) back to us at your cost for us to process
your request for either a refund or exchange.
Restocking Fee:

15% restocking fee will be applied to all returns for refund if
the return is the result of your error. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Canceled order or address errors:
Cancelled
order must be called in before 11 a.m. PST to avoid cancellation
fee (shipping cost), no email accepted. For any refused package
or any returns to PositiveHealthProducts.com due to incorrect
address, action, inaction or absence of the recipient, we will
refund back to your credit card with less shipping charge.
Return Procedure:
You
must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within
the guarantee return period for the products, and all RMA must
be obtained by completing the returns form

will not accept returns without prior authorization or a RMA number.
RMA numbers are valid for 15 days. All RMA numbers should be displayed
on the shipping box.
Customers
are solely responsible for shipping any returned products to Positive
Health Products' returns warehouse. The return warehouse address
will be displayed once the returns form has been completed. Customers
agree not ship your returns to any other addresses as they will
not be processed. Customers agree to pay all shipping charges
and accept all risk of loss for the return products during shipment.
Customer agrees that all returned products will be 100% complete
and will include the original packaging material, manuals and
other accessories provided by the manufacture. Positive Health
Products will reject the entire return or may choose to impose
additional charges against the customer for replacement of the
missing component. Please allow 5to 10 business days to process
your returns.
